Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of December , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Dayenoert,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou .
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
'its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 962
RECEIVING PETITION FOR SANITARY SEWER TO
SERVE PIN IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 01-118-22-34-0001
(PARCEL LOCATED EAST OF HARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION)
WHEREAS, a certain petition requests the improvement of parcel identification
number 01-118-22-34-0001 by the installation of sanitary sewer and all
necessary appurtenances, has been filed with the Council on December 6, 1985,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of
property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 429.035.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
to investigate as to when the project should be undertaken.
FURTHER, the City Engineer shall report in April 1986 the status of development
of the adjacent properties.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
