HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-959Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on theday of December 1985. The following members were present: -Mayor DayenAort, CounciliRWRsils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou a+t *ate Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-959 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE 2ND ADDITION (80008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 14, 1983, B -T Land Company, developer of West Medicine Lake Terrace 2nd Addition (80008), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction 10 $ 36,202 $3,620 Sanitary Sewer 19,923 -0- Watermain 21,310 -0- Storm Sewer -0- -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 3,600 800 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 800 400 Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 1,000 500 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 9,958 638 TOTAL $ 92,943 $ 5,958 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $46,762 to $5,958 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
