Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day
of December , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ounce mem er eils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Crain _ introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption: P.ESOLUTION NO. 85- 955
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION (83031)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 28, 1984
DeVries Builders, Inc., developer of DeVries 2nd Addition (83031), has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the letter of credit required for public improve-
ments (Project 337) originally set at $125,732per the approved development
contract can be reduced to $10,344 now that Levy Number 9711 has been certified
to Hennepin County and certain assessments have been paid as individual lots
are sold.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained; none
Whh reupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
