HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-954Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd. day of DeGOmr 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. kCOUnClImembers Neils. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Counrilmpmhpr Vasiliou Councilmember Crain _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 954 REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVY NO. 9726, 9727, 9728, 9729 and 9730 WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No's 85-433, 85434, 85-435, 85-436 and 85-437, special assessments were relevied by the City Council for the Downtown Plymouth Area; and WHEREAS, the cost of the marketing study included in the assessments was less than the estimated amount; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the revised assessments shall be spread in accordance with the original resolutions. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
