Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
December , 1985. The following members were present—.. T Davenport L
Councilmembers Neils. Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: CouncilmemSer Vasiliou
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 949
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO 15
COUNTY ROAD 15/I-494 INTERCHANGE
PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 15, dated November 8, 1985 for C. S.
McCrossan, Inc., has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. and the
payment is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on Request for Payment No. 15 in the amount of $49,134.81 to C.S. McCrossan,
Inc. for Project No. 129.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_ Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
