Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of December 1965.
The following members were present:Mayor Davenport ouncilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: ounce mem er Vasiliou
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-942
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR ANNICK ACRES FOR NTCKOLA BAIC (85113)
WHEREAS, Nickola Baic has requested approval for Final Plat for Annick Acres, a plat
for one single family residential lot and one outlot for public park located southwest
of Juneau Lane and 45th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Nickola Baic for
Annick Acre: located southwest of Juneau Lane and 45th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mavor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
