Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Znd day of December 1985.
The following aewbers were present: Mayor Davenport, CouncilmembersNeils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasi iou
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 941
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
EAST OF 53RD .AVENUE NORTH AND XIMINES LANE (85103)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
east of 43rd Avenue North and Ximines Lane `'rom FRD (future restricted development)
District to R-2 (lo* density multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval
of Final Plat piuposed as Anderson's Pheasant Trail;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Michael Anderson
for Anderson's Pheasant Triil to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication
of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
