Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the znd day of December . 1985.

Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 937
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR HAMM BERG ADDITION FOR JOE HAMM (85102)
WHEREAS, Joe Hamm has requested approval for Final Plat for Hamm Berg Addition, a plat
for four lots located southeast of 45th Avenue North and Trenton Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Joe Hamm for Hamm
Berg Addition located southeast of 45th Avenue North and Trenton Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follows.9 voted in favor thereof: Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
