Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpaular meeting of the City
Council of the "ity of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
November , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Counciimember (veils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-935
aCCEPTING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
BASS LAKE SANITATION POND - PRO-ICCT 561
WHEREAS, the City Council directed Lhe Engineering D2pertmfnt to investigate the
feasibility of the construction of a sedimentation pond east of Larch Lane and
south of the railroad rig'it-of-way, to prevet.t sedimentation from entering Sass
Lake; and
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers of Bonest�-:�o, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. were to prepare such a-.reliminary en; ireering report to consider the
construction of said sedimer.kation basin, and
WHERIIAS, the Consulting Engineers have prepared sucir ': �}c�t, project no. 561,
and hive presented it to the City Council on November i y985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE It' HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said report is hereby received and referred to the
Special Assessment Committee for their consideratio-a of how the project should be
financed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rQijnrilmemhPr Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voced in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Neils.

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
