Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 18th day
of Nnvambar , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-932
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - MISSION TRAILS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 4, 1985, a
report has been prepared by the Director of Public Works with reference to the
improvement of the Mission Trails Addition by the installation of an urnamental
residential street light and this report was received by the Council on
November 18, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the locetion of
the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 18, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
_ Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
