Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day
of November , 1985. The following members were present: ayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Courcilmembgr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-931
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
ZACHARY HILLS 4TH ADDITION (79045)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 20, 1984, and
revised July 1, 1984, Maivin H. Anderson Construction Co., developer of Zachary
Hills 4th Addition (79045) has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect
the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the letter of credit required for public improvements
(Project 412) originally set at $162,880 per the revised development contract can
be reduced to $137,875 now that Levy Number 9717 has been certified to Hennepin
County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnnnrilmemher Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ma,yQr DavenRort. Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Srhnpider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

That the letter of credit required for the above items
be reduced
from $12,880 to
$11,536 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the letter of credit required for public improvements
