HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-927CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of November , 1985. The following members were present: Maynr naypnoort_ Councilmemhers Crain, Neils_ Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: _nnna Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-927 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH CREEK 3RD ADDITION (79006) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 4, 1984, Tipton Corporation, developer of Plymouth Creek 3rd Addition (79006), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as. noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction (private) $ 20,200 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 17,300 -0- Watermain 9,350 -0- Storm Sewer 10 -0- -0- and Drainage Swale Sod 3,600 -0 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 50,000 -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 1,000 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 12,312 -0- TOTAL $114,912 $ -0- That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced from $114,912 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dayannonr , Councilmamhers Crain, Srhn�dr- its_ _and Vasil inu The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
