Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the City Council

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 110. UO5-922
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICE14SE
WHEREAS, application for a new Cigarette License has been received from the
party listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the
City Code:
110::, THEREFORE, GE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY T"E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
NINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from the party listed below be
approved for the period of November 19, 1905, through December 31, 1985.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 675—wing voted
