Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-921
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has
been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
:'311, T;iEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYPIOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that application of Off -Sale yon -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for the period of November 19, 1985, through June 30, 1986, for the
party listed below:
Holiday Station Stores #220
10100 County Road -9
Plymouth, MN 55442
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain . and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo owing voted
