Parsuent to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plysnuth, Minnesota, was tild a—n--t'W 18th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-918
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THE GAMEFIELD FITNESS COURT
WHEREAS, the Citi• Council has approved the submittal of a grant application for
a Gamefield Fitness Court, and
WHEREAS, the grant application has been approved in the amount of $3,600, and
WHEREAS, the director of parks and recreation has recommended the acquisition
of the Gamefield Fitness Court for Zachary Playfield, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has endorsed the purchase
of the Gamefield Fitness Court, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and finds the acquisition of the fitness
court for the Zachary Playfield to be acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the director of parks and recreation is authorized
to purchase the Gamefield Fitness Court in the amount of $4,280 and further,
that any funding from outside community clubs toward this purchase will be
reimbursed to the park dedication playfield account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils Schneider and Vasiliou
