Pursuant to due call mad notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
November 19 85. The following members were present�ayor Davenport,

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 65-917
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PHASE I DEVELOPMENT FOR
PARKERS LAKE CITY PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved concept plan for Parkers
Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, Brauer and Associates Ltd.,
has presented a Phase I construction proposal, and
WHEREAS, the proposed Phase I construction is within the adopted $495,000
b-idget, and
W1_,'REAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and finds
the Phase I proposal acceptable, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and finds the Phase I proposal as
outlined in a memo dated November 4, 1985, from George Watson of Brauer
and Associates Ltd. acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the director of parks and recreation is authorized
to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for Phase I
construction of the Parkers Lake City Park as outlined in a memo dated
November 4, 1985, from George Watson of Brauer and Associates Ltd.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils ' and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in FiZrf thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, _
Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou
