Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of November 9 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemhers Crain- Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-916
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHEAST OF 34TH AVENUE NORTH AND XENIUM LANE (85108)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northeast of 34th Avenue North and Xenium Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R-2 (low density multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval
of Final Plat proposed as Heritage West 2nd Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Michael Freund for
Heritage West 2nd Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of
said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
