Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e
day of November , 1985The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, CouncINZXers Z awn. and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmeigers Wells and Vasiliou
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-312
RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE CITY ELECTION
RESULTS OF NOVEMBER 5, 1985
WHEREAS, a City Election was held on the 5th day of November, 1985, ire the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this Council has canvassed the returns of said election along with all
other pertinent data relative to this election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the results of the City Election for the Office of
Mayor are hereby certified as follows:
Virgil Schneider ....... 998
and declare Virgil Schneider as the successful candidate for Mayor for a two (2)
year term on the City Council commencing January 1, 1986.
And FURTHER, that the results of the City Election for two (2) Council seats are
hereby certified as follows.
Maria VdSiliou.......... 939
Jerry Sisk..............703
James Sentman........... 536
and declare Maria Vasil lou and Jerry Sisk successful candidates for
Councilmember for four (4) year terms commencing January 1, 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, ItWe—

voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
