Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
of November , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
_Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 909
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL
SUNRISE/SKYLINE HILLS UTILITIES
PROJECT 404
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Company, as
contractcr have entered into an agreement for the Sunrise/Skyline Hills
Utilities, said agreement being dated September 11, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $278,393.30, two change orders
. were approved in the amount of $54,806.15 and the value of the work
to date is $345,203.78.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the Sunrise/Skyline
Hills Utilities and certified to the Council by the engineer as
acceptable be and the same is hereby released from the contract
except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of
faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $28,364.87 to
Northdale Construction Company for the Sunrise/Skyline Hills
Utilities is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby
authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
