Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
of November , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counci mem ers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adopti- -.
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 906
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
SCHMIDT'S GARDENS UTILITIES - PROJECT NO. 427
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities, Project 427:
Extend completion date to November 1, 1985
AND, WHERE".S, Change Order No. 2 for Schmidt's GarJens Utilities contract is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities
Contract, changing the completion date to November 1, 1985 with no change in
• the contract amount is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
