Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
November 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ounce mem era eils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: _ none
Councilmember Vasilied introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-903
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
REVERE LANE WITHIN OUTLOT "C" - TRENTON PLACE IST ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES - PROJECT NO. 517
WHEREAS, the developers of Trenton Place 1st Addition have petitioned the City
to install a seven ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter,
drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances
on Revere Lane within Outlot "C" of said addition; and
WHEREAS, the petition filed with the City Council on November 4, 1985 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
thereby. This declarat'on is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section
429.035; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such improvements will be assessed for all or a
portion of the costs of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 429.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); and
WHEREAS, the developers have waived their right to public improvement hearings
and special assessment hearings on this improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 85-137 accepted a preliminary
engineering report for said improvements and said report was presented to the
Council on February 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, said improvements Project No. 517 were ordered and final plans and
specifications were prepared and bids were received; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the developer the project was dropped; and
WHEREAS, the developer has repetitioned the City for said improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the
preliminary engineering report of Project 517 and the petitioner has
waived his rights to a public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, R.osene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., are hereby
designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall utilize
the previously prepared plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.

3. The project shall be added to Project No. 225 by change order.
The motion for the adcption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and uponvote beingg taken thereon, the
foiiowin voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Gouncilmembers P�eils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
