• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the th day of November 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, I�e1s,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-893
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WESLEY WALTON d/b/a YANKFF ARTISAN (195111)
WHEREAS, Wesley v'alton, d/b/a Yankee Artisan has requested a Conditional Use Permit for
furniture restoration, sales and supplies store at 10740 Highway 55 and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Wesley Walton, d/b/a
Yankee Artisan for a Conditional Use Permit for furniture restoration, sales and sup-
plies store at 10740 Highway 55, subject to the following conditions:
• 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Wesley Walton as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall he maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.
S. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
• Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
