Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of November . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport Touncilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members we��e absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 892
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR
MEDICINE LAKESHORE ADDITION FOR ROBERT GERSBACH (85083)
WHEREAS, Robert Gersbdch has requested approval for Final Plat for Medicine Lakeshore
Addition for two single family residential lots at 2540 West Medicine Lake Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Robert Gersbach
for Medicine Lakeshore Addition lvcdLed at 2540 West Medicine Lake Drive, subject to
the following:
. 1. Compliance with the City Lngir:eer's Memorandum.
2. Provisions for a 30 ft. wipe trail outlot per Comprehensive Park Plan, as veri-
fied by the Parks and Engineerinq Departments. Outlot A shall be dedicated to
the Citv as satisfaction of dedication requirements.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding miniwum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
4. No yard setback variances are granted or implied for any new structures or
additions.
5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the final plat.
6. Appropriate legal documents, covenants, and restrictions as approved by the City
Attorney prior to filing the final plat, allowing for shared access and drive
which shall be filed and recorded with the final plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof- Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,

Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
