Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, M Rnesota, .was held on the 4th day of November . 1985-

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 891
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR MEDICINE LAKESHORE ADDITION FOR ROBERT GERSBACH (85083)
WHEREAS, Robert Gersbach has requested approval for Final Plat for Medicine Lakeshore
Addition, a plat for two single family lots at 2540 West Medicine Lake Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat For Robert Gersbach
for Medicine Lakeshore Addition located at 2540 West Medicine Lake Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
