Pursuant tc due call and notice thereof, a S ecial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of October 1985.

Cougcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 888
RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLICY RELATING TO THE
ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO HUNT DEER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a request to issue a special permit to
hunt deer who have been destructive to property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of establishing a policy for evaluating such
requests and establishing parameters for permit issuance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve a policy relating to the Issuance
of Permits to Hunt Deer dated October 28, 1985.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
