Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of
October , 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Crain and Neils
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 884
DESIGNATING CONSULTANT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
COUNTY ROAD 15/TRAIL
PROJECT NO. 602
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1986 Capital Improvements Program
is proposing to improve County Road 15 from Carlson Parkway to Vicksburg; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a consulting engineering for this
px.-)j,ct; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City policy relating to the selection of
consultants the Director of Public Works has made a recommendation from the
approved consulting firms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. be designated as the
consultant for the County Road 15 street trail Improvement Project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor DayenQort. Councilmembers
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
