Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of
October , 1985. The following members were present:
Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Crain and Neils
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 881
CORRECTING AWARD OF CONTRACT
PROJECT NO 225
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1985 the City Cotincil adopted the resolution No. 85-495
accepting the bid and awarding the contract for Project No. 225; and
WHEREAS, this contract contained three parts; and
WHEREAS, one part was deleted since the developer did not wish to proceed with
the project; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-495 was in the amount of $515,004.50 and did not
include the other section for the pond in the amount of $7,630.00; and
WHEREAS, it was the intent of the Council to include both sections in the award
of contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Resolution No. 85-495 is revised and the amount of
the contract awarded is corrected from $515,004.50 to $522,634.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davennort_ Councilmembers

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
