Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City Council of

adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-379
APPROVING VARIANCE FOR SHERMAN-BOOSALIS COMPANIES FOR "WASH -ME -
CAR -WASH" (85056)
WHEREAS, Sherman-Boosalis Compantes has requested approval of a
Variance for "Wash -Me -Car -Wash" a ten bay self-service car wash
which is part of the development including a sorvice center, and
automotive parts retail store North of State Highway 55 and West
of South Shore Drive;
AND, WHEREAS, Sherman-Boosalis Companies has demonstrated that
their request for Variance not to fire sprinkle the car wash portion
of their development meets each and every test of City Code 905.09;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request for Sherman-Boosalis Companies, for a Variance for "Wash -
Me -Car -Wash", a ten bay self-service car wash, service center, and
automotive parts retail store North of State Highway 55 and West
of South Shore Drive, Subject to the following:
1. Compliance with Resolution No. 85-627 previously adopted,
2. The Variance will not adver.;elv affect the balance of the
structure.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, rhe
