HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-873CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �regu_l_aat, meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the e '221st day of October . 1985. . Th, following members were present: rrayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Crain, yells, Schneider and Vasiliou he following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-873 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF OUTLOT "A", ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 6TH ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth had previously acquired Outlot "A" Robert Middlemist 6th Addition; and WHEREAS, it has now been determined that possession of said outlot is not necessary at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, as follows: 1. That it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Plymouth that said outlot be reconveyed to its prior owners, Robert E. Middlemist and Merry J. Middlemist. 2. That the Mavor and City Manager are authorized to execute a quit claim deed conveying any right, title or interest that the City may have in said outlot to Robert E. Middlemist and Merry J. Middlemist. 3. That the City Attorney is directed to return the deed of conveyance dated April 25, 1984 of Outlot A to the grantors, Robert E. Middlemist and Merry J. Middlemist. The motion for adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by h , and upon vote being taken thereon, eon, the no lowing voted in favor thereof: r1avor Davenport.
