Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of
October , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Crain. Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
o ncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoEtion:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 870
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
JUNEAU LANE - HAMPTON HILLS GOLF COURSE
PROJECT NO. 570
WHEREAS, a petition was received for the improvement of Juneau Lane from the
Arnold Palmar Addition to the Hampton Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the property benefited by such projects may be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for
study and that the engineer be instructed to report to the City Council with
all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to
whether the proposed 'Improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
10 estimated cost of such as improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by j.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
