HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-869CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r@ ular meeting of the City Council of the City of PlImouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St_ day of October , 1985. The following members were present: -Mayor Davenport, 10 Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: REE SCLUTTON NO. 85- ,-69 R:SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON VAKIOUS STREETS WHEREAS, substantial on street parking has noted on the various streets; and WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that it should and hereby does authorize the installation of "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of the following streets: 1. Kilmer Lane - 34th Ave. to 36th Ave. 2. 35th Ave. - Kilmer Lane to Co. Rd. 18 Frontage Road . 3. Annapolis Lane - 24th Ave. to Co. Rd. 6 4. 10th Ave. - Nathan Lane to 1320' west 5. 34th Ave. - Plymouth Blvd. to Ferubrook Lane 6. Annapolis Circle - Campus Drive southerly and westerly to its end a The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _LajjnrJ1mPmhPr Vasilina , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, . Srhnpidpr and VaSilinu The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
