Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Z1.t day
of October , 1985. ' .e following members were present ayor Davenport,
10 Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85,868
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
1985 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated September 25, 1985 for Preferred
Paving, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Finance Department is authorized to m = payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $25,970.74 to Preferred Paving, Inc. for the
1985 Street Improvement Program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc-ilmember VasiliOL , and upon vote being Larien thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Ivor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
