Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Plqt day of October ,19g.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-861
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR GONYEA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
(83030)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Gonyea Development Company for property at the southeast
corner of Zachary Lane and 39th Avenue No .h vas approved under City Council Resolution
No. 84-215; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $7,100.00; and,
'WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected !aid site and
recommends release of the of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HE RF RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should -, •1 hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 114 in the amount of 000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Gonyea Development Company ,,t the southeast corner of Zachary Lane and 39th Avenue
North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenaort. Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
