Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of October , -985,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 859
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR APOSTOLIC LUTHERAN CHURCH (85107)
WHEREAS, Design Management Construction has requested a Conditional Use Permit
Amendment for the Apostolic Lutheran Church for the expansion of their building and
construction of a vestibule at 11015 County Road 15; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Design Management
Construction for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the Apostolic Lutheran Church
to expand their building with a vestibule at 11015 County Road 15, subject to the
following:
1. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv-
als per Ordinance provisions.
The motion for adoption L' the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Counciimembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou .
The following voted against or abstained: none
â– hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
