HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-858CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of O er ,1985. \//1 The following members were present: Mnr payort� COuncilmembers Crrain, eels, Schneider and Vasiliou .1� The following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-858 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS (85106) WHEREAS, the Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval for Conditional Use Permit Mixed Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow two free-standing signs in the Nurthwest Business Campus at 3033 Campus Drive; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREF%^E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Prudential Insurance Company for Conditional Use Permit Mixed Planned Unit Development Amendment for two free-standing signs in the Northwest Business Campus at 3033 Campus Drive; as follows: 1. The Signage shall consist of one free-standing sign at 35 sq. ft., and 7 ft in height; the second shall be at 35 sq. ft. and 9 ft. in height and will show only the address of the building (3033 Campus Drive). The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Crhnairdar The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasi' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
