Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the St day of October , 1985.
The following members were present:. Mayor navpn or_-Councilmembers Crain. Neils.

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-857
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR RAYMOND
MAKELA (85101)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for Raymond Makela
for property located at 14504 10th Avenue North under Resolution No. 85-856;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
. 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 reg-,raing minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or contaiiitng open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing in
accordance with City "-!icy in effect at the time of filing of the Division.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
7. Approved Variances are for lot size of 18,465 sq. ft. (vs. 18,500 sq. ft.) and lot
widths of 100 ft. (vs. 110 ft.), in that the Ordinance variance criteria have been
met and the lots are in character with the area.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CnuncilmPmhpr Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor nayenpnrt, Cnunr-J mpmhprs Crain, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
