Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Ming of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of October , 19U.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Neils _introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-856
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCES FOR RAYMOND MAKELA (85101)
WHEREAS, Raymond Makela has requested approval for a Lot Division for redivision of
platted lots into two residential lots at 14504 10th Avenue North.
NOW, THERE' -ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, GLEN GROVE ACRES FIRST SUBDIVISION, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
to be divided as follows:
Lot. 1, Block 1, GLENGROVE ACRES FIRST SUBDIVISION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
AND
Lot 1, Block 1, GLENGROVE ACRES FIRST SUBDIVISION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
