Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Ming of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of October . 19Qj.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 855
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR SHIRLEY
HENDRICKS (85099)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for Shirley
Hendricks for property located at 14320 14th Avenue North under Resolution No. 85-854;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the f,31lowing conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing in
accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the Division.
4. A 30 ft. wide easement shall be provided along the west side of Fernbrook Lane for
public trail purposes.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
7. Approved Variances are for lot size of 17,390 sq. ft. (vs. 18,500 sq. ft.) and lot
widths of 94 ft. and 104 ft. (vs. 110 ft.), in that the Ordinance variance cri-
teria are satisfied and the lots are in character with existing platted lots in
the area.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
SrhnpidPr and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
