Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ontart day of October , ig 85.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,-Zouncilmembers Crain, Nei s,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 854
APPROVING LCA". DIVISIO14 AND VARIANCES FOR SHIRLEY HENDRICKS (85099)
WHEREAS, Shirley Hendricks has requested approval for a Lot Division to re -divide a
platted lot into two residential lots at 14320 14th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 9, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES, Hennepin County, Minnesota
to be divided as follows:
WFST PARrFI :
The West 104.00 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, SUNSET ACRES.
FAST PARrFI :
Lot 9, Block 2, SUNSLT ACRES except the West 104.00 feet thereof.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ounci member Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Coun--ilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
