Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21St day of October ,1985.
The following members were present: Councilmembers Crain. Neils Schneider and
V siliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION! NO. 85-851
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLA FOR OAKWOOD
SQUARE FOR DAVID C. JOHNSON (85020)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Oakwood Square as requested by David C. Johnson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Fngineer's MemorandLMI,
2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the
Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
3. Payment of park dedication fees-in-ieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was doily seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Counci members Crain, Neils, Schneider and
Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
