Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day
of October , 1985. The following members were present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 839
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1986 - 1990
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1986 through 1990; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on August 28, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Capital Improvements Program for the years 1986
through 1990 is hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for
the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain.
Neil. Schneider and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulypassedand adopted.
