Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of October , 1985. The following members were presenFT—Rdyor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90. 85- 837
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - JAMESTOWN ADDITION
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 7, 1985 a report has
been prepared ty the Director of Public Works with reference to the improvement
of the Jamest- .n Addition by the installation of an ornamental residential
street ligb, and this report was received by the Council on October 7, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted October 7, 1985. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the
Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
