Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
October , 1985. The following members were present: mayor Davenport.
10 Councilmemhers Neils. Schneider, Crain and Vasilinu
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-833
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT No. 566
ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 4TH ADDITION STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution the Council adopted September 23, 1985, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Robert Middlemist 4th Addition by the installation of storm sewer along the
rear property line of Lot 5, Block 1, Robert Middlemist 4th Addition and this
report was received by the Council on September 23, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The petitioners are owners of 100% of the property proposed to be
assessed and have waived their rights to public improvement
hearings and special assessment hearings.
2. The project is hereby ordered as proposed to the Council
resolution adopted October 7, 1985.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as Engineer for this
improvement. The estimated cost is $5,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
