Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of October , 1985. The following memh-re were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-830
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR SILVERTHORNE ADDITION (82052)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat and development contract for
the Silverthorne Addition plat on September 19, 1983 by Resolution No. 83-503;
and
WHEREAS, the development contract was executed by Laurent Development Company
on September 16, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the development contract provides that the developer shalt install and
complete the improvements to this plat on or before December 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested an extension of time to December 31, 1987
for completion of the required public improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the development contract between the City and Laurent Development
Company for the Silverthorne Addition approved by Resolution no. 83-503 is
hereby amended to provide that the developer shall complete all the required
improvements within the plat on or before December 31, 1987.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
