HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-825cm of nwam Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of October , 1985. The following members were present: ayor Davenport, Counci members Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 85- 825 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND FOX FOREST 2ND ADDITION (80045) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 26, 1984, Cheyenne Land Company, developer of Fox Forest 2nd Addition (80045), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT MEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 55,700 $ 5,900 Sanitary Sewer 28,300 -0- Watermain 40,100 -0- Storm Sewer 22,700 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 8,200 2,000 Pond or Ditch ,onstruction -0- -0- Street Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Park and Trail Improvements 9,800 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 1,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, Aa-Builts 20,292 1,344 TOTAL $ 189,392 $ 12,544 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $71,904 to $12,544 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
