Pursuant due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council o,. the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of October , 1985. The following members were present: Yor Davenport,
ounce mem ern eils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 821
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 129:
1. Furnish and install additional signs and paint pavement
messages.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements
Contract, Project 129 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 5 for I-494/County Road 15
Improvements Contract, Project 129 by adding $3,634.00 is approved and the
. existing contract price of $4,063,692.22 is revised to $4,067,326.22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken tbereao, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Council a tors Veils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pawed and adopted.
