Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Gouncil of the City of Plymuth, Minnesota, was held on t 7th day of
October , 19 85. The following wambers were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils. Schneider_ Crain and Vasilinu

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 819
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
BARBER CONSTRUCTION FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has ar approved contract with Barber Constructior
for the developmert of two neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, said work has been completed and inspected, and
WHEREAS, application has been made for final payment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that all work is completed and acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYr.10UT",
MINNESOTA, that it does approve final payment in the amount of $30,602.36 tc
Barber Construction for work completed at Sunrise and Maple Creek neighborhood
parks.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol voted in favor reo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils.
