Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of October . 1935.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, u^cilmembers—Nei Neils,
,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 812
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR MR. AND MRS. ROBIN NIEDERMAN AND MR. AND MRS.
JEROME GATES (85098)
WHEREAS, Mr.. and Mrs. Robin Niederman and Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Gates have requested
approval of a Lot Consolidation/Division to relocate a common property line between
Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Ferndale North Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 2, Block 2, FERNDALE NORTH, Hennepin County, Minnesota AND
Lot 3, Block 2, FERNDALE NORTH, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be consolidated and divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
That part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, FERNDALE NORTH lying northwesterly of the fol-
lowing described line and its extensions: Commencing at the most Westerly corner
of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 44 degrees 50 minutes West
along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 26.00 feet to the point
of beginning of the line being described thence North 47 degrees 36 minutes 30
seconds East to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2, and said line there ending.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, FERNDALE NORTH lying southeasterly of the fol-
lowing described line and its extensions: Commencing at the most Westerly corner
of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 44 degrees 50 minutes West
along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 26.00 feet to the point
of beginning of the line being described; thence North 47 degrees 36 minutes 30
seconds East to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2, and said line there ending.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted„
