Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of October . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 811
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR FERNBY CORPORATION FOR ARBY'S ROAST BEEF RESTAURANT

WHEREAS, Fernby Corporation has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment for Arby's
Roast Beef Restaurant for redesign of traffic circulation and building improvement for
the Class II restaurant located at 14420 28th Place No.; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Fernby Corporation
for Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant for a Site Plan Amendment for the Class II restaurant
located at 14420 28th Place, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreever,t for
completion of site improvements.
3. Any signage shall he in compliance with the Ordinance and previous approvals.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv-
als per Ordinance provisions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
