Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, . regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held of the 7th day of October 1985
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 894
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF PART OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR SCHAPER MANUFACTURING
COMPANY (84055)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Schaper Manufacturing Company located at 9909 Southshore Drive
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-686; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted part of the required Site Performance Guarantee In the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $30,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and has
found part of the requried improvements to be completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 3022 in the amount of $30,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee In part, site
improvements for Schaper Manufacturing Company at 9909 Southshore Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Daveneort, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
